Pictures on website are very out dated. The pool and area looks like it’s falling apart, looks dirty, leaks everywhere.
The noise was insane. People walking down the hallway one floor above rattled and sounded like elephants all night long - staff said nothing they could do, I was woke up multiple times through the night with the thumping (and I usually sleep thru anything).
The food in the morning was gross and looked like it had sat for hours - I wasn’t expecting much, but nothing was edible. 10 people were waiting to make waffles and I just couldn’t wait that long.
Staff was super rude when I came in, served other people when doing my check in, walked around and out of site with my credit card and when I asked that to stop I was asked “whats my problem”. Eventually when she came back to finish checking my in she was typing a bunch of things in and I asked if everything was okay, and she let me know she was entering my card manually as the terminal
Wasn’t working. But way more than 16 flights had gone in. I said when that happens you have to tell the customer you can’t just enter it manual at with the amount of credit card fraud out there and she got mad. I asked if there was a manager and was told no. The manager works from him and barely ever comes in and there was no way for me to call, or her to call and get him to call me back. It was very frustating and I won’t go back
