「I got there to check in and they said I was on a do not rent list even though I just stayed there in August. Supposedly something happened in July. They didn't refund my money. I ended up having to drive 4 hours home completely exhausted. The man wouldn't even tell me why I'm on a do not rent to and was extremely rude.」

「Okay, BUT When we got there the room had a very bad smoke smell that gave my boyfriend and I a headache almost immediately, the sheets were stained and the pillows had black hair strands on them. The outlets were cracked and there was food on the floor and microwave. We considered leaving immediately.
HOWEVER we went to the front desk and the man who works there offered to give us a room change or a refund, so he took us to a new room and let us see it to make a decision. This room was much...
