「Slight trouble with check in. Agent wasn't aware of paid room by using app. Was made to wait for manager to verify reservation. After giving my room to another guest, I was able to get to it the next day. Tub and water wasn't working, need height to control ac-- no remote, TV started to work as I was leaving. 」

「The place was as described in images, Very friendly staff - Sefakor, Kingsley and the other very quiet guy. Very neat place. The neatest accommodation I have booked on here in the last 9 months. Breakfast was on time and well communicated too. You could easily get provisions and other small shopping stuff from the numerous shops around the accommodation. She was NOT trying to hear what I was nor interested in the receipt or booking info. The manager and hotels.com has since apologized but be forwarded about booking.」
