"I stayed for three days to attend an event in the area. The location is very close to the airport, which was convenient for me. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. One downside was that the shower curtain was a little too short, so water tended to splash onto the bathroom floor. I don’t usually stay at motels, so I can’t compare it to others, but they did provide shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. However, there was no toothpaste or body soap, so if you’re planning to stay, make sure to bring your own."

"It was my third time at Magnolia and I enjoyed every time; however, it seems it went down the hill. Hotel and rooms are clean, water pressure fenomenal. Pool area is no longer enjoyable. Non guests are coming to use the pool with lots of pool toys and floaties, children are out of control. At least 3 maybe 4 groups a day specially on the weekend. They leave the pool at evening, pack their cars with coolers and toys an drive away. Pool is not maintain well anymore. "

"Had a couple problems. Had reserved a handicap accessible room, there were none available when I arrived. They put me in another room, first floor, the bathroom had not been cleaned well. They moved me to the fourth floor. The room was fine but maneuvering the elevators and stuff was a pain in the butt. Breakfast looks ok, pancake machine was broken. I didn't really stay for it. Religion on the TV in the dining area on Sunday. I’m not in to religion esp televangelists and not everyone is Christian so it’s a big assumption to put that on. Maybe they should stay away from religion and politics. Staff was SO helpful and sweet. Even with all my little problems, they really made it ok. Great staff. Ricky, Yairelee and Morgan made the whole thing good. I would definitely give them another shot. "
