「The TV’s in both rooms don’t work . There was a were mosquitoes in the room .We called the number for front desk no one answered . In the morning early in the morning the staff was loud and singing . We are there to relax but woke up at 6 am . The restaurant could be better . The food did not served hot . The staff for the game room that they have was helpful . They used to have electric charger now they said they don’t . We hardly leave negative review but for this price it’s not worth it .」

「My biggest issue was with one of the receptionists, who consistently made simple things unnecessarily difficult. When I arrived, there were two receptionists and around 10 people checking in, yet he wasn’t helping at all. At checkout, he told me I wouldn’t receive my refund deposit until 5 p.m. because staff needed to inspect every room first. I pointed out they could simply check mine, especially since checkout was at 11 a.m. After a short discussion, he suddenly said they could have staff...
