"Overall good stay… Check-in process was a little confusing as the building has a couple different doors. Parking was a challenge. We weren’t happy with housekeeping. The first day we were asked if we needed more towels. I said no but I didn’t realize housekeeping wouldn’t come at all that day. The second day housekeeping came but didn’t change our bed sheets. My son got a bloody nose and it was still the same sheet used for his bed. Breakfast was good, but we would have liked some fruit as well. Location was excellent, right next to a Christmas market and in the center of town. The hosts were very friendly. "

"This is quite the outdated Hotel. They probably have a total of 15 rooms or so. There is no reception. Everything is self checkin via phone if you will. On the first floor is the common area. There is a TV to share and an office PC and a couch to sit or play games. Part of it looked like its used for storage. The worn out staircase to the upper floors and rooms is tricky. If you have a heavy suitcase be aware. The double doors use a real key, that you get from a lock box. The room looks like from the 60th. Even so there was a 2nd room with a couch and table, it feld tiny and cramped. There was no TV, but they had free wifi. The Bathroom was outdated, tiny and dark. The yellow color of the tiles, the dim lighting and a shower curtain makes for an interesting shower experience. Breakfast buffet wasn't bad. What annoyed me was the server being on the phone with a personal friend loudly talking about their personal life and health. "

"Room has strong smell of cigarette and has dim lights. The bathroom has strong sewer smell. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so dragging two heavy luggages were a real work. "

"The property is very nice. The breakfast included was wonderful. The town of Keidrich is about 5 minutes away and has so many wonderful restaurants. My only complaint would be the view. When we booked, the room says valley view but since our room was on a lower level it actually overlooks the driveway and the parking lot. All night long, you can hear cars driving up. I think if we had a higher level room it would have been more enjoyable. "
