We so wanted to love this hotel, and while it was great in many ways, it also fell short in some. Staff was great, especially Roy at check-in and the Chef at breakfast. Downsides: Hot water ran out at a critical moment when trying to take a shower. Evidently this is a common complaint. Be aware… ...

Such a lovely spot for a stormy weekend. The king rooms were clean and comfy! Loved watching the wildlife around and all the natural light in the room. They even set up a fire for us and we were able to make smores:)
