"Our stay was stressful from start to finish. Hours before check-in, the host asked for passport details for all guests, refused entry, and asked for them via WhatsApp — unprofessional and insecure. I requested a secure way to send and they said to send via email instead. Despite the listing showing the same rate for up to nine guests, I was being asked to pay extra for an eighth guest.
