"The staff members were helpful but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Roaches were all over our room, the amenities in the room were old, rusted and falling apart. The property could definitely use a makeover to be better. "

"Hot water for the shower was always lukewarm no matter what time you attempted to shower. The property allowed us to move rooms and the issue remained the same with the lukewarm water. I did have my room cleaned, however, no additional toilet paper was added when the room was out of toilet paper. There was only one waffle maker and a long line of visitors ready for a hot breakfast. The chocolate milk for the kids was always out of stock"

"We checked in without concern. Was advised that if we smoked or caused damages, that-we would lose our deposits. We had no issue with this. Made our way up to our rooms. However, en route we crossed paths with young men smoking cannabis in the corridor. After a brief reflection and observation of what was viewed as illegal activity, we checked out. All within the space of 30 mins. We shared our concerns with the receptionist. Credit to the receptionist, she was polite and courteous. She however acknowledged our plans for departure, advising that she would refund our deposits and for us to contact Hotels.com for a refund. Through a transparent discussion, I shared my observations of drug use, with this being the primary reason for our prompt departure. The receptionist acknowledged my concerns, sharing that she suspected that we wouldn’t stay, even whilst processing our check in. My suspicion would be that this hotel supports the local community in providing emergency social housing for those in need. Whilst I support this level of support for wider communities, this is definitely not a place for solo, business, family, leisure focused travellers within the FLL area Only through a tireless effort did we receive a full refund, despite the hotel reporting to Hotels.com that our experience/ observations were unfounded. "

"The hotel was ok but for 700.00 a night I was expecting better and cleaner the carpet was gross. They had to switch our room. "

"Disgusting. The fold out mattress on the couch looked like it was falling apart. It was dirty and cut up. When I went to ask the front desk about switching rooms she gave me an attitude, said there was no other room available of that size. I said we can take 2 smaller rooms (there was 5 of us total). She said she's not authorized to do that and there was no manager on site. We ended up going to Walmart to buy my kids an air mattress because I did not let them sleep on that gross mattress. In the morning after my shower I notice that there isn't a hair dryer. I called the front desk and they said that they don't have any. The breakfast consisted of muffins and a few pieces of fruit. We paid over $180.00 for 1 night. This was unacceptable."

"the great hotel. We were staying for 1 week. There are 3 pools, great room. Service and staff were very helpful. I ill definitely come back to this place again. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
