Stylish Lodge at the foot of Gamsberg mountain. The rooms are generous and arranged with attention to detail. Lovely garden with swimmingpool. Gourmet cuisine. This was our second stay at Corona guest farm and we will definitely come back.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, toller individueller sehr freundlicher Service. (Unser Auto wurde sogar gewaschen und das war nach 2,5 Wochen campen sehr, sehr dreckig) Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht vor Ort und wären gerne länger geblieben um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Herausragend aber ist die Küche. Ein wunderbares 3 Gänge Menü für alle Gäste gemeinsam am langen Tisch serviert. Da kommt man gut ins Gespräch, Tee und Kaffee wird danach am Feuer serviert. Wir kommen wieder!

A gem in Gamsberg!

The approach to Corona, with mount Gamsberg as a backdrop, was stunning and that continued as we arrived at Corona - what a beautiful & tranquil setting. Our host was welcoming and friendly, as was the overall ambience. Food was home prepared/cooked and delicious. Enjoyed a lovely 10km walk in the area and saw zebra, oryx & plenty of birdlife. A delightful place to spend a couple of days

Wer Ruhe sucht, der trifft hier in‘s Schwarze!👍😉

Ganz tolle Farm, Zustand/ Einrichtung etwas “oldfashion“, aber passt zum ganzen Flair. Vor allem aber: Janus, Fernando & CO äußerst bemüht in allem, ebenso flexibel. Tolles Einod,.., passt zur Geschichte & Situation des Landes. Friedvoll & sehr erholsam! 😃👍🍀

Ein ruhiges Paradies am "Ende von Namibia"

Man glaubt gar nicht, daß man noch ankommt und das dann eine so schöne Unterkunft auf Einen wartet. Wir hatten das Glück, ganz alleine im Hotel Corona zu sein. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück wurde nur für uns hergerichtet und alles wunderschön auf der Terasse arangiert. Absolut einen Besuch wert!!!!

Traumlodge in einem abgeschiedenen Tal

Wundervolle Gästefarm mit tollen Zimmern, nettem Personal und fantastischem Essen. Chef Janus kümmert sich um alles und macht interessante Ausfahrten in die Umgebung, auch Wanderungen (zu Felsmalereien) sind möglich. Kleiner Pool, 2 süsse Hunde. Achtung: die Farm hinter dem Gamsberg ist KEINESFALLS (wie im "Iwanowski" beschrieben) mit einem normalen Fahrzeug zu befahren!!! Es muss zwingend ein 4x4 Truck, z. B. Toyota Hilux angemietet werden!!!! Die C- und D-Straßen sind in einem katastrophalen Zustand, gilt übrigens für fast ganz Namibia.

Ein herrliches Plätzchen am Gamsberg

Gleich nach der netten Begrüssung bekamen wir ein Upgrade auf eine schöne Suite weil wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Die herzliche Köchin verwöhnte uns nach allen Regeln der Kunst und auch das Frühstück war vom Feinsten. Die Gartenanlage mit schönem Pool ist eine kleine Oase und Wanderwege gibt es viele!
