No complaints about cleanliness. Love the proximity to eateries n beach n walks to the bushland. Staff members have always been courteous and helpful and oblige within the constraint of their policy . Thank you.

Mantra Nelson Bay
Staff very friendly and helpful, although didn’t really need much assistance. Unit spacious and well equipped with basic items. Location within walking distance of everything.
