"Nice room, restaurant and bar area. Good breakfast and evening meals. Staff were friendly, stayed a few times and always had a good stay. Recommend for anyone going to/from Manchester Airport."

"Nice communal areas, friendly staff and good service. However the rooms are severely outdated and in need of renovation - there was damp/mould in my room, peeling paint, bathroom was old, room was also dusty. Not the standard I'd expect for Champneys. "

"The room was dirty,previous occupant had used the bath with purple shampoo left all over the wall,old tissues on the floor and under the desk was full of fuff and dust never cleaned, the shower hel was an empty bottle with no lid or pump just fastened to the wall and the tea tray look dirty with no tea spoons. I complained at reception and the receptionist said while I had been out it had been sorted, the dust under the table had gone and the shower gel filled but nothing else.. "
