Biggest gripe is no kitchen implements at all (no cookware, dishes, silverware, etc.), despite all the signage everywhere saying it was included in the price. But there was also a really unusual and unpleasant smell on the whole floor, and a slightly different smell in the room. Airing the room out when it was cool ar night and some air freshener during the day helped, and the hallway got better as fhe week went on, but it was very off-putting at first.

Unbelievable, I was completely shocked. Does this property have to meet any type of corporate standards? Looks like a 50 year old dormitory with little updates. A "Select Suite"? What a joke. The long term tenants were sketchy and loud. We were greeted one morning with a passed out individual in the hallway. They used stock photos for their advertising, a classic bait and switch. Save your money! We had two rooms, should have slept in the car.

This entire hotel is absolutely disgusting! The photos are from when the place was first built. It looks nothing like this other than the layout of the room. Everything was grimy and dirty. The entire hotel smelt like cigarette smoke and weed. Strange people coming in and out of the hotel as this is In bad location. Didn’t find out until after my stay that it’s mostly a crack he’d hotel and right next to it is a half way house for people trying to get clean. I don’t recommend anyone staying here. The rescuers that say that it’s good are obviously all lies! I wouldn’t even want my worst enemy to stay here. Was so gross

Was unable to have a key/ card for my room due to some technical difficulties. The guy working the front desk name Patrick was very kind. The room was ok but defiantly not fully clean. The toilet and outside of the refrigerator was very dirty. Weird noises near my door at night. Was unable to check out due to no staff around 7am.

This place is an aging falling apart mess, the elevator sounds and feels like it’s going to get stuck and the whole inside is just dirty, paint peeled off and walls damaged, it’s just not a nice mean place to be. The room was as bare bones as you can get, the kitchenette is old and scratched and the refrigerator was disgusting outside, filthy and old. The staff was great. It’s not their fault. They were kind and helpful. But the hotel itself is just run down inside, on every single floor and the smell of cigarettes was horrible. This place needs to close down for a deep clean and repairs and paint and new furnishings in the room. There wasn’t even a coffee pot or lobby.
