"There was an extra charge on my credit card that I was unaware of when checking in or checking out. I’ve tried to reach out for an explanation and have not heard from the hotel.
The bathroom had pee on the toilet and hairs in the shower. You could hear the elevators movement in the room and the door to the elevator sounded like screeching metal. This was distracting throughout the night."
