「Great staff」

「Clean room, plenty of easy on site parking, lovely efficient friendly lady on the reception. Do not pay for your parking on hotel.com, as I did, as I had to pay again at the venue. The receptionist explained that hotel.com do not have the facility to pay the private parking company, and I had to request a refund (from hotel.com). The receptionist advised me to always pay for the parking at the actual hotel.」

「Room was alright although if I’m honest slightly dated with a TV lacking functionality and a leak with the hot water tap… the breakfast was also really poor at 8:40am it’s surprising to find all the food cold. That being said it was a great experience due to super friendly and accommodating staff. Megan at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and all other staff we interacted with were great. 」

「Once we had found the entrance which isn't that well sign-posted (my only complaint), we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room and the relative ease of parking (we only had to pay until 6pm and Sundays are free). Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, given that the menu in the room only mentioned continental style but plentiful, good quality hot food was available. 「Our room & the shared bathrooms were clean. Joan kept in regular contact to make sure we weren’t short of anything & everything was ok for our stay. 」

「Excellent for the price I paid. Rooms have recently been renovated and it showed. The only niggles were that the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and probably needs replacing (room 10) and there was no hot water: I tried to have a shower but couldn't: No matter how long you ran the tap for or in which position the water never got warm. Would definitely stay there again. Big thank you to Jamie who so very kindly let me check in early.」
