「Very perfect」

「My main complaint was the curtains to our hotel room did not go all the way down so light came in early in the morning. There is bird poop ALL over the cement outside and even a dead bird. The staff was okay. I did call to complain about the room next to us and their noise but got told there was nothing they could do so that was super helpful. The room itself was beautiful but Im not sure if I'd stay again or not. 」

「The location, price and amenities were solid, and the establishment was well run. Parking was simple and accessible, even on the weekend. The location is walking distance to wonderful park in a historic neighborhood. Must be kewl with choppers landing and taking off at the neighboring hospital, but I did not notice the noise when inside. The room (120) reminded me of the floors in the South Korean homes, and the bathroom was handicap accessible.」

「the employees were very friendly and helpful-very positive attitudes. Our room was super clean and very well maintained. There wasn't a lot of parking next to the hotel, but there was a covered parking area, just across the street from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again and recommend to our friends and family.」

「Property was run down. Missing cushion in the couch, elevators not working, leak in the pool, fixing ceiling during busy weekend stay. Rooms were not cleaned well before check in.」

「I love their hotel. I had a medical emergency and couldn’t get to my cellphone and the overnight front desk got me medical attention. The service is fantastic, the room was very clean, Staff is top-notch. I can’t wait to stay here again!!!」

「If I could give more stars to this Hotel I would. It was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy. The room wad enormous and we loved it. Great shower. Tons of room. Was a 2 min walk to the Falls and a ton of great restaurants. Everyone I encountered that worked at the hotel was beyond nice and friendly. We were there for one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer.」
