Then I was told I can switch rooms for a better shower because the shower we had was ADA and the water ran all the over the bathroom. We asked for extra towels because of this, and maintenance person looked at us like we were stealing them. The manager was just as bad, tried with him to change rooms and that was not happening, it seems like the whole staff is there to tell you what you can't do and what you're doing incorrectly instead of trying to accommodate paying guests. I will never stay at this business again. "
