Very disappointed very dirty towels in room dirty very dirty floors and bedding was very dirty ask for a iron and a ironing board never got it.Hall ways smell awful elevator dirty and rug in elevator was up making it a safety hazard will never stay in a place like this this place needs to close and be remodeled completely.

Cuando llegamos no servía el aire acondicionado, ni el toilet, bajé para pedir el cambio de habitación y tardaron muchísimo en aparecer en el mostrador, me la cambiaron después de esperar muchísimo, en general recibes lo que pagas, pero me gustaría mejor atención por parte de la recepción, los empleados en la mañana si fueron muy amables.

I attempted to contact the motel regarding a misbooking through expedia and the issue was never resolved. Even expedia was given the run aroused by this establishment, claiming computers were down or management wasn't in.

I’ve never been more appalled. I wish I knew how to post the pictures of the place. Make sure you look at Google reviews. Expedia has been no help getting me reimbursed for the 2nd night that I paid for but didn’t stay due to how absolutely awful it was. My brother and I slept fully dressed on top of the sheets in fear of what we would find if we pulled the sheets down. Dried vomit stuck to walls and carpet. What we could only determine was actual human feces on the air conditioning unit. Building’s in disrepair and reeks of cigarettes and mold. Even the truckers just use the parking lot to sleep in their trucks.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever been in in my entire life.

Smoke detector was covered up with a plastic bag. Non smoking room. Smelled like cigarettes. I was feeling unsafe.

Pocketdoor to bathroom did not have a lock, and there was a hole where the lock should have been. It was helpful to open and close the door. Not much for continental breakfast, no juice..was convenient to the speedway which is why we stayed there.

Tv not set up properly- had to figure it out ourselves Bed pillows were covered in hair, disgusting Key to the door wouldn’t work - would open without a key. Had to lock it from the inside Check in had to be before 6pm or they “overbooked” and couldn’t take anyone else because “Expedia overbooked their rooms”

When we entered it was very dirty and had this terrible heavy smell. The elevator had a rug that was filthy and looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed in months. It was matted and the smell got worse. We got to the room and the whole thing was filthy the bathroom had hair everywhere and the beds after pulling back the comforter had dirt crumbs and hair. I’ve stayed in a lot of cheaper motels but this was unacceptable! Even though we were extremely tired, we left immediately and booked another one.

In all honestly there is no purpose in getting a room that’s non-smoking because all along the hallways it smells like smoke. Did a 2 night stay, first night there was no water for half the night and half the next morning, they didn’t even notify anyone. Then on my second night, while my partner was gone someone attempted to open my door multiple times, I was so terrified I couldn’t sleep. Then there was drunk people all around the building including personnel or family/friends of it, as they were arguing, yelling in front of guest including myself. Kids and staff laid up on the couch watching tv, including when I was bound to checkout, the guy just waved me off from the couch. If I received any good service it would of been from a singular employee and that was during check in, nothing further than that. Room wasn’t in its worst condition but definitely need for improvement, sheets were stained, bathroom door was not working, so no sense of privacy among so much more.
