Lovely from start to early finish. The guys who checked us in were so helpful. My husband threw out the card with one name. Jaylen was the other. Bed super comfortable and great location in Rittenhouse. Had to check out early due to incoming storm and check out was also quick and easy.

loved the kitchenette. however, there was water on the counter upon checkin. called front desk and they immediately sent staff to evaluate. it was from the dishwasher upstairs so staff quickly corrected the problem by running that hose to that unit's kitchen sink.

I would not recommend Williamstown as a destination as it does not offer much by itself. However, it is near Glassboro, home of Rowan University, which is much more entertaining.
