Stressful Stay

It was a beautiful setting it had fantastic potential but here’s a list of the faults. Self check in system (room door unlocked key in room) another guest had checked into room we had booked. The room had a different number on the door to what it was (there was a number one on the door frame number 2 on the door) We had booked a ensuite bathroom but on the first night only had access to a shared bathroom with no hot water, no toilet paper (had to search the house to find it), blocked sink. Sent message to manager, no response until the next morning. Guest who was in our allocated room moved out the next morning, so we moved into our allocated room as the ensuite bathroom had hot water, it was dirty, we had to find fresh linen and clean up as best we could. No gas for cooking. Air fryer had wrong plug so couldn’t use. The property was quite difficult to find, no signs on the gate.
