"Clean room,friendly staff"

"The hotel is clean. It could use some updaing and new paint. My husband and I are frequent travelers. I refuse to stay in a dirty unkempt hotel. My problem with our stay was the front desk staff. They are usually the first people that you encounter when checking in and the last when you are leaving. The front desk are usually welcoming and informing on details about the hotel (time when breakfast would be avaliable, pool open ect.) Not this front desk staff. I was asked my name, a credit card and if I wanted a receipt. NOTHING ELSE. No enjoy your stay, no thank you for being a Choice Hotel Rewards member. If you don't care about these pleasantries you should have a great stay! One big plus for the hotel the shower was hot and perfect settings! The bed was comfortable as well. The accessible room we rented was very spacious and had a sturdy shower chair. "

"Yes the property did allow service dog and the room temp was the good thing about the place. Obtaining room cleaning was impossible. Towels/washcloth was not obtainable daily and took two days to get 1set of towels when checked in. The room was dirty - I had to clean shower ,yself. LEFT A DAY EARLY AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND."
