「Room was not the room that I paid for. I asked for a quadruple and was given a triple but was still charged for the quadruple. 」

「Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room. 「It was a nice place and clean until we pulled the sofa bed out and it was dirty, a quick hover wouldn't have done it any harm. Overall its a nice place to stay, we did try and phone the numbers given to inform of the condition of the sofa bed however not one number was answered, we ended up getting the caretaker, who was 100% helpful」

Worn out furniture and very old uncomfortable mattresses, dirty carpets, rust and mould around the bath and shower, ripped net curtains with what looks like air riffle holes in the windows. The room was ice cold all night we had to stay fully clothed. The whole hotel didnt have any heating on. Other people living in the hotel and other guests was in and out the fire exit door all night slamming it shut every time the door was...
