"Not a safe place to stay. No ac, doors not securely locked, looks and feels like a motel. Ants all of the place. Staff unresponsive and not helpful. Picture in Expedia does not reflect the actual dated facility."

"We had a great stay. Food at the buffet was very good. Our room was very nice. Pool was beautiful. Bars and drinks great. Staff were friendly. Not a good beach for snorkeling. We traveled to other beaches for that. We paid extra for a partial ocean view room. We could see about a 10% view of the ocean when there was no cruise ship parked. Our biggest complaint was the view from our room on the first floor. 90% of our view was of a work area that had two very large refrigerator units that had very loud motors running. It was difficult to even carry on a conversation on the balcony. Not the vacation view we paid extra for. Make sure you’re on a higher floor further away from the main lobby if a better balcony view is important to you. "

"A beautiful hotel with stunning ocean views. Great location within walking distance to shopping and many fantastic restaurants. The room was well appointed and the views from our ocean view room were picture perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The on site restaurant had delicious food and made fantastic drinks! My only criticism would be the lack of shade when sitting out on the pier ( umbrellas were beautiful but provided zero protection against the sun). Beach cabanas ( additional cost ) required reservations but were not exclusive to hotel guests so availability was limited. Otherwise, a wonderful stay!"
