Overall our stay was good. There was some mix-up on the room clean-up where a number of different people came by. We ended up with double towels and no Kleenex. The breakfast had a good variety of choices. We asked for an accessible room and found it was at the very end of the hall which seems to not be in keeping with the term accessible.

The room was in ok condition, one of the door keys didn't work. The bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable, giving me hip pain all night. The pillows were very flat, so it was a rough night of sleep. The charger plug-in on the lamp by the bed doesn't work if the main light switch is off. For a Holiday Inn, I would have expected better quality mattresses and pillows. The bathroom was nice and clean and the TV worked fine. The breakfast was good.

When we checked in, the lady that assisted us was terrific! She was very friendly and helpful and got our stay off to a great start. She made Holiday Inn look great and our stay was very enjoyable.

Clean room, nice staff, good breakfast. 2 blocks from the interstate and across from a travel plaza. Seemed like all rooms were booked judging from the number of cars in the lot. Truck and car noise on the travel plaza side into the late evening but did not keep us from sleeping. Could do with some updating.
