「The room is kinda old. In addition, the crew reminded that smoking in the room is NOT allowed. However, I smelled the strong smoke when getting in the room. Obviously, someone had smoked in the room. 」

「Well I got the run around when booking but after that the only let down was not getting the King Bed room that had been booked. But everything else was excellent and the first front desk clerk was great and the second customer service person at the front desk was great. Her name was Heather and she’s the epitome of an excellent customer service manager.
