Es gab den ganzen Aufenthalt über kein WLAN auch andere Gäste informierten die Angestellten darüber. Das Sofa hatte Flecken und am ersten Tag sah ich ein kleines Tierchen zum Glück keine weiteren. Die Küche hatte Spülmittel Salz und Pfeffer.. die Handtücher sind klein kann man aber benutzen.

War soweit alles gut, Umgebung geht so. Super war die Tiefgarage, da waren auch unsere E-bikes untergebracht. Möbel und Türen naja.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig und man hört seine Nachbarn (auch von der oberen Etage) jederzeit reden und auch schnarchen.. Die zugehörige Küche war in einem anderen, separaten Zimmer, dass durch den Flur erneut mit einem Schlüssel zu erreichen war. Das wurde zuvor nicht kommuniziert. So musste man beim Essen ständig mit dem Schlüssel hin und herlaufen und auf und zu schließen. Die Ausstattung war auf den ersten Blick sehr schön, auf den zweiten jedoch teils etwas billig und (wie die Duschvorrichtung) kurz vorm Auseinanderfallen. Die Umgebung ist zu Fuß etwas unheimlich, es gibt aber gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto an schönen Stränden und Städtchen.

Die FeWo war sauber und ordentlich. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt optimal. Jedoch müssten die Badtür und auch der Kleiderschrank Mal neu eingerichtet werden klemmt und quietscht etwas.

Die Unterkunft ist super , wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort und es hat definitiv gereicht. Man hatte alles was man braucht und es war sehr gemütlich. Nur leider hat die Kommunikation bezüglich des Parkplatzes absolut nicht funktioniert.

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber sehr sauber und ordentlich. Man ist in wenigen Autominuten in Wilhelmshaven oder am Strand. Der Schlüsseltresor ist nicht mehr der neuste und klemmt, daher sollte dieser wohl mal ausgetauscht werden. Das Verdunkeln der Fenster ist nicht möglich, sodass kleine Kinder schlecht einschlafen können. Wenn man nur eine „kleine“ Küche anbietet, dann sollte wenigstens ein Dosenöffner in dieser vorhanden sein, weil die Küche zum richtigen kochen zu klein ist und man sich dann eher mal eine Dose Suppe oder Dosengericht warm macht. Ein Toaster wäre auch ganz nett gewesen. Dies sind alles „Kleinigkeiten“ die in der Gesamtheit jedoch den Urlaub enorm angenehmer gemacht hätten wären sie vorhanden. Die Kommunikation zwischen Expedia und dem ferienwohnungsanbieter ist jedoch katastrophal. Man bekommt 2 unterschiedliche emails mit 2 unterschiedlichen Beschreibungen und Codes um 2 verschiedene Schlüsseltresor zu öffnen. Das ist gerade nach einer langen Anreise wirklich stressig. Und wenn dann der Tresor klemmt und nach 3 mal Code eingeben immer noch nicht aufgeht, wird man schon ungeduldig/ gestresst. Und auch die Kinder. Genauso schlecht war die Beschreibung wie der Schlüssel bei Anreise hinterlassen werden soll. Es ist eine Mappe in der Wohnung vorhanden, wo drinsteht, dass man den Schlüssel auf dem Esstisch liegen lassen soll. In der direkten email von dem Anbieter der Wohnung wird beschrieben ihn wieder in den Schlüsseltresor zu geben.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in ruhiger Wohngegend. Die Nordsee ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
