The staff was an absolute pleasure! They were super helpful and friendly. The ability to text the front desk staff was a plus. It is right down the street from one of the water parks and ride piers, so it is perfectly placed for families. Will stay again!

I liked the location, the room was spacious, and loved the valet parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The AC unit in our room wasn't working efficiently, that was the only downfall.

Very clean room. Had a sofa that turned into a bed which was very clean and comfortable. They had valet 24/7. They brought up toothbrushes & toothpaste for us, lots of towels, lots of blankets. The staff was very helpful! Shout out to Willam and Max.

I didn’t like the fact that my granddaughter left her blanket and they refused to ship it back to me. They said I will have to pay for shipping and handling and packing and all that stuff because they don’t do that. I would think that after all the money that we spent at that hotel that they would at least send back her blanket.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The front desk greeted us every time they saw us. The bell carts were very helpful with getting out stuff in and out of the car. Valet was fun. Elevator was great! No steps. The pool was nice, with complimentary towels; and The Fairview Bar was just inside so you could go directly to the bar from the pool. Bathrooms were easy to find and clean. The room was nice and the location was convenient to the boardwalk and restaurants. Walking distance to downtown Wildwood.
