One day, i was too late to come back to the hotel and found i forgot the access card in the room. I was locked outside of this hotel. I pressed the button on the wall for help. A staff member of them came to open the door for me in twenty minutes without scolding me and making any complaints. I appreciated her help.🙂

Wonderful Hotel - Professional and Friendly Staffs

We would like to thank all the staffs (Particularly the two waiters during the night shift) for their professional and friendly services. We had one of the most pleasant stays during our honeymoon at this hotel. The hotel will make you feel like staying at home on the one hand. On the other hand, they offer many delicious dishes at the restaurant. Besides staffs and the food, the hotel is very well located as it is around two mins walk to train station and three mins to the shops. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time when we are around. In addition, we strongly recommend all the travelers come and experience their wonderful services and food.

Perfect hotel for us in the interlaken vincinity

A couple of min walk to the train station to interlaken and excursions beyond. Yet located at a quiet street that gives you the ambience of a Swiss mountain village if you are from a cosmopolitan city looking for a short escape like me. Restaurent on site is surprisingly excellent in culinary art. More tasty than most places I have been during my 16-day tour. The decoration of the hotel in general and for the room in particular are pleasing and yet functional. Room is big and comfy. Definitely sleep well to recover from a day's activity in Swiss alpine. The hotel is definitely a gem in the area.

Nice hotel

It is a nice hotel within 5 mins walk from the Wilderswil station. The view is great from the room, and we can see cows and horses on a the grass field. The weather was not so nice, otherwise we should be able to see the mountains as well. The beds were comfortable. There was no air conditioner but only a fan in the room. Luckily it wasn't too hot at night with the windows opened. Breakfast was nice.

supermarket is only 5 min walk distance, our room balcony face open view, hotel provide a underground garage for my car, front desk staff is helpful & friendly, everything is good.

The location is convenient good which is about 5-8 mins aways from Wilderswil station and there is a bus travelling between Wilderswil and Interlaken West. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, croissants were perfect.The lady who served in the restaurant was very nice. However,the male staff in the reception was not very helpful, always answered in an unwilling tone. The Comfort Room was very small, extremely differnt from the pictures shown on hotels.com webpage. Toilet was old-styled that gave us a further disappointment. There was only curtains without a gauze to stop insects from flying into the room. As there were too many insects at night, we couldn't open the windows to sleep. It was stuffy to death to close all the windows during a summer month. Indeed, I had sent an email to the staff one month before I checked in and the staff told me that there was air-conditioning in the hotel. However, when I checked in and found no air-conditioning, the staff said all hotels in Jungfrau Region did not have air-conditioning. I accept if it is a norm but I think the staff should tell me the truth in the email beforehand.
