"Cottage was clean and spacious, it had everything we needed for an overnight stay."

"The property was very clean and its obvious the owners are upgrading it slowly. The dark cabinetry really let's the place down and could easily be upgraded by removing the decorative moulding, changing the handles and a coat of paint. This would make an enormous difference for not much outlay. The bathroom is very old and tired, but understandably a big expense to upgrade. Overall the service is great, the staff are lovely, the hotel is quiet, with plenty of parking. The bed is comfortable and also has an electric blanket which was a welcome addition. I'm sure with time it will improve even more."

"Fabulous place to stay. Bed was comfortable and motel was quiet. It was the only hotel we stayed at during our holiday where I slept soundly."

"The hotel was not bad for the price. Only two criticisms, the bath wasn't clean and the taps for the bath were incorrectly labelled. I.e. Hot tap marked as cold for the bath. This could be dangerous. Also the outlook from the room was ordinary."
