"We had a very late check-in due to a flight. This was smooth and easy process in our room. Our room was immaculately tidy and clean. We are very comfortable in the suite. We didn’t need the butler service as we found it confusing with what they would do and what they wouldn’t do would stay again in a smaller room or even the same room without this butler. Service absolutely recommend to anyone."

"Everything was great. However, I’ve stayed at our similar hotels in Dubai, such as Jumierah Zabeel Saray, and this wasn’t quite on par with them. I wish the amenities (spa specifically) were more like other properties. Otherwise, everything else was excellent. The staff were absolutely helpful and kind. "

"Excellent stay. We booked a studio apartment. Everything we required was provided, washing machine, fridge, microwave, cooker. 6 minutes walk from insurance market metro. Staff were lovely. Cheao restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay again. "
