「The room was very clean and comfortable, and the owners friendly and accommodating. The property was strategically located for our activities, including Sandringham, Houghton Hall and Gardens, and the Hunstanton through to Wells Next to the Sea area. It was convenient to our ancestral homes in Swaffham and Deopham. Went to the Samphire just over 1/2 mile down the road for a nice dinner. Picked up a few items at the shop across the street. Met some friendly couples at breakfast.」

「We were expecting a room but when we got there it was more like a holiday apartment. A kitchen/living room and bathroom and bedroom. A tv in the living room and bedroom. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Our room was facing Kings Lynn minster and an easy walk to all the historical sites in the town. For the money we paid, we're really pleased with our stay.」

「We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. On arrival after a day of travelling the Norfolk coast, we found ourselves outside a Bungalow which...
