"Leider ist neu nicht gleichzusetzen mit gut. Das Zimmer war klein. Deswegen musste wohl das Bett auf 1,90 gekürzt werden. Wenn man aus Effizienzgründen schon solche Maßnahmen setzt… erschreckend! Weil ja ein gemauertes Gebäude unüblich oder zu teuer ist, benötigt man in so einem Ruckzuck-Riegelbau natürlich auch eine permanente Raumlüftung um die Gebäudetemperatur im Griff zu behalten.
