「It was very convenient for access to Mayo Methodist hospital. The room was dated but it was clean and comfortable. The parking was ok. We drive a Suburban truck and at the bottom of the ramp to the lower level the pipes hung down lower than other areas and they rubbed on the luggage rack on the truck roof when I exited. I called and asked if an early check in around 1pm would be possible and I was told that would be ok. When we checked in I was told that wasn't possible for the room I...

「We were able to check in a little early which was helpful with our appt at Mayo. Room was clea, bed comfortable. 」

「This hotel exceeded our expectations! We were there for my surgery at Mayo. The room had a very comfortable recliner which I needed to sleep on. My husband said the bed was just as comfortable. A special bonus is that when we returned to the hotel after the procedure, they were serving soup and muffins! It was just the comfort food that I needed. Staff was very warm and welcoming!! The pool and hot tub was also perfect. We will definitely recommend this Hampton Inn in Rochester! Thank you so...

「The stay was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. The common areas were well kept. The only reason I didn't give 4 stars across the board is they told us the bar was open from 4-10, but it didn't appear staffed and one of the guests told me I had to ask someone at the desk because they were multi-tasking. We decided to go to a place across the parking lot. Overall, the staff was very friendly though.」

「We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well kept the hotel was. The extra amenities all exceeded our expectations too. Pool and hot tub were both the perfect temperature. The staff were all friendly and helpful and also very welcoming to our goldendoodle. Nice outside spaces to enjoy. Would definitely stay again. 」
