Worth it for a short stay.

Bathroom light was flickering, bathroom door didn't lock for privacy. Poor signal without having hotel wifi. Didn't inquire to see if it was additional charge. Swimming pool wasn't in use. Complimentary breakfast was a honey bun, juice or coffee. Besides that the staff was very nice and the area has alot of amenities around it.

Main thing was the Dirty Black Ring inside the toilet. It looked as is it had Not Been Cleaned in a long time! I happen to have have a picture, if needed. The bathroom floor looked clean, although the white socks we wore were totally black on the bottom after walking in the bathroom. Changed socks, just in case it was from something else and it happened again. Also have video of them (before & after) available upon request. My other concern was the Slippery Film from the Front Door into the bed area. It could definitely be a Fall Hazzard! Not sure if it is from Cleaning Products? Could be whatever the cleaning product is, causes this problem (just a thought). The rest of the room seemed fine. Nice shower/bathtub, with quick hot water and good water pressure.

The staff was very courteous and the room clean but the room(s) need serious attention... popcorn ceiling was falling from the ceiling, cigarette smell was overwhelming w old burns in the sheets and bed cover, TV did not work(could been a remote problem) and all the bathroom fixtures were very corroded. It is also a residence for some occupants for some and I paid shy of $100 for a Tuesday night, in my opinion that is really high for the condition. The morning coffee was great but no breakfast as stated online.

For the most part my stay was good. I usually stay at the hotel when I come home to North Carolina. A few suggestions: 1. Update the room door locks. The magnetic key cards aren’t working properly and it takes to long to unlock the door. 2. There was a roach in my room. I’ll “chalk that up” to the door needing the rubber replaced at the bottom. I’ve never experienced this before. Lastly, the staff was great. I‘ll be back when I visit again.

What they call a continental breakfast is laughable. How are you going to have a bowl that has three or four honey buns, and a bunch of granola barssitting in the main office beside a machine that dispenses water down apple juice and cranberry juice and call that your continental breakfast rooms are very dirty roach infested, most of the staff are very rude. Last stay there was very traumatic was locked out of my room for asking to be switched to a non-roach invested room the night before and forced to pay a fee before my key card would be reactivated for me to get into my room will never stay there again.
Filled the tub up, so My Wife could take a bath I walked back in to this yellow brownish nightmare not what water should look like
Roaches all over the room. These are just a few pictures in a video, but they were behind almost every dresser. The refrigerator in the microwave in the bathroom just very nasty.

Highly recommend bombing rooms for bugs

Lady at the desk seemed to have been in a bad mood I know it wasn’t towards me but she needs to work on her poker face. Also I saw a bug crawling on the cover looked like a bed bug it’s to bad I can’t get some of my money back over that bug being on the cover.
