This looked like one of the nicest places to stay in Whitehorse. The guys at the front desk were very helpful. They both remembered me from a prior visit. One guy was especially helpful when we couldn't get the keurig to work. The restaurant option was nice as we arrived late and much was closed. The beds were comfortable. The room was quiet. The parking lot is dusty, but that is really a part of Whitehorse.

The staff were great. The hotel was adequate , however, the bed in our room was sub-par. It was a foam mattress with a foam topper and very uncomfortable…way too soft.

Clean and good value. The restaurant downstairs was really nice. Check-in time is slightly late but otherwise everyone was friendly and room was clean and fairly comfortable. Bring some earplugs, the road can be loud.

First impressions were not good, small lobby, long delay waiting for the lone clerk to return to the desk after a problem with another guest, (hint: he needs help at busy check-in time) worn and dirty carpet in the hallway, luggage cart nearly unusable because of steps into motel. But our room was very nice, small but adequate, new furniture and remodeled bathroom, window blind that blacked out all light from outside, quiet night, comfortable bed, which all resulted in pleasant sleep, after all the main thing we want from a motel room.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly front desk staff (Jefferson) was very friendly and polite. We had issues with the television and Freddie responded quickly to assist. Not having an elevator made it a little challenging having to haul heavy luggage up and down the stairs.

The room was spacious and clean. If you are looking for a place close to the airport then this is it. It is literally across the street. Checkin was easy and problem free. They seem to be serious about loud noise and partying and made me sign a variety of papers indicating that I understood. This is not a place to make noise after 10:00 pm. We slept well. Mattress was comfortable. Sheets were rough but shower and towels were good. I would strongly recommend.

Freddy was great at check in. The hotel was little dirty due to construction workers dirt in the carpet. There was an odor I believe from the restaurant attached to the hotel that was in the air. Some mold in the shower we brought to the front desk attention. Convenient location to the airport. Lots of tv channels. Great towels!
