The hotel was really run down. My room did not have any heat. There was only one electrical outlet and it had an extension cord without any safety cutoffs. The walls were paper thin, there were bugs in the shower, and mold on the walls. The staff were friendly and the sheets were clean, and I saw people cleaning regularly. The property is just very old and run down.

Our room had no heat. The doors in the rear of the hotel were for emergency use only which made it difficult. Limited parking. And a very shady bar next door.

This place is a total dump!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! From the moment we walked in the adjoining clubs drunken patrons were all over the parking lot and lobby. The room smelled musty and was disgusting the shower leaked the faucet was barely on and the shower panels were falling down and moldy… my wife got stuck by the broken mattress spring poking through the fabric. I did take pictures of everything and happy to share… the room was nothing like the pictures don’t stay here!!!

The hotel has microwave, coffee, fridge and ice and the room was clean. Our reservation was not properly entered so the front desk could not find it. She told us over and over that we had only booked one night when she could have easily have noted that the hotel was not full so there would be no problem staying an extra night. She did note however, that the second night would have to be more expensive until she eventually found our complete reservation (that had been fully prepayed). Not a pleasant start.

Walking distance to museums, stores, city trail, Yukon River, and public bus. Room maintenance was completed every day. No AC but a fan was provided. Internet, fridge, and microwave all working well. Good location and safe.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was hot at night with no AC, but I think that is pretty common in the Yukon. Was in a fairly good location as far as access to downtown goes. Was a kinda sketchy bar next door, but otherwise was a good budget hotel

The property has been exceptionally neglected. I can appreciate an old property but this property has clearly been neglected and does not care about repeat business. Moreover the property has a reputation with several persons I met having the same opinion.

Pet-friendly, bed uncomfortable&old. Had to change rooms moldy smell so bad. No heater. Front desk gave us small 10” heater.
