「Recomiendo mucho este hotel, muy lindo, limpio, personal muy amable y buen desayuno」

「High end boutique hotel with wonderful staff.」

「A great place to stay in Brasov. Flavius was very welcoming and was very helpful with recommendations for tours/sightseeing in and around Brasov. Room was very clean and tidy. The communal kitchen/living area is a very nice bonus, as it is well equiped and makes dining easy. Close to bus routes as well. Thanks again Flavius for having me.」

「Excellent Hotel. Excellent location」

「Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS! Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10! Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!」

「The hotel was an excellent location however they had recently changed their parking facilities and didn’t tell us. We spent an hour trying to find a parking spot and was told from the hotel the management would be in touch on our complaint they never were. In addition the WiFi didn’t work.」

「The hotel is conveniently located near a cozy square that holds nighttime events and concerts. It’s very close (5- min walk) to the old historic downtown and many great restaurants and shops. It’s very clean, the folks who work there are kind and helpful. Cannot wait to return」

「Receptionist can be nicer and more thoughtful in reminding checking out at 12:00, especially for a guest checked in 1a.m. and hotel has no available slot therefore have to park somewhere else」

「Hotel Prato was amazing. The building is beautiful, it’s located near the Old Town, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was terrific. I would highly recommend a stay!」

「Fantastic location, well equipped apartment with a washing machine which was great. Excellent communication and accurate description of property. Would definitely stay again.」

「This was a great place to stay. If I'm in the area and they have a room, I will stay there again.」

「The staff were delightful as they were friendly and very helpful at all times. The room was well appointed and cleaned every day. Thank you. Now Expedia sucks s as they are difficult to deal with, hard to contact as they only want to converse over the computer which is lousy customersService is non existent just put you through another computer algorithm but NO PERSONAL CONTACT AND WHAT SADDER IS THEY dont WANT TO TALK TO YOU !! Sucks!!」

「Easy for us on our arrival (very accommodating as we were early). Rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast bar was brill. Being British would encourage sachets of milk in room. Very enjoyable stay.」

「Very spacious , cozy ,and clean apartment ! In the centre of Brasov , 5 mins walking distance to the Black church. Just one little note , the TV quality brings me back to early 2000」

「早餐非常非常丰盛，而且是现做的，服务态度也很好，非常亲切！是我在罗马尼亚吃到的最棒的早餐！」
