「Always a great time! However, this was the first time that we could not use the outdoor hot tub as it was full of people with children; it was 8:30 pm- children are not supposed to be in there past 6 pm. Don’t get me wrong, we have children and we choose to have a break from children when we go to the lodge. 」

「The room was ready early for us after driving from Boise. It was nice to relax for a few hours before riding the Polar Express - such a close walk, we didn't need the pre-paid parking and the employee at the front desk was helpful. The room was spacious and we appreciated the extra room.」

「The landscape after the window is opened is beautiful like a painting, you can see the train, bridge, snow, mountains, and boats. The pool is great and the hot pool is nice. The downside is that you can hear footsteps from upstairs on the lower floors.」

「Super relaxing and in the middle of the forest…. Parking was annoying, as I had to park the furthest away from my room as possible when I had a hot tune suite on the 1st floor. Our room only had 2 towels in it, for a 4 person reservation in a suite with a private hot tub on the balcony, and when I called the front desk for more towels inwas told I could walk up to registeration desk for more towels, or wait until the morning when the house keeps arrived at 10am.
