「位于白岛对面，酒店也提供船过去白岛，硬件条件也算是岛上比较好的一家了。但是我们一行4个家庭在这个酒店的经历实在是让人很不高兴 1. 我们在酒店吃饭的时候丢钱了，酒店只会敷衍，根本不作为，最终没有把钱找回来，虽然我们没有直接证据，但很大的概率指向酒店内部员工。 2. 我们有三间房间是通过酒店邮件预订的，因此还打了一笔国际转账作为定金，这笔定金酒店没有按照当时的汇率结算，而是打了8.5折左右，询问为什么这样，根本说不清楚，一会儿说是岛上汇率有差别，一会儿说银行就给他们入账了这么多，但实际上他们无法确认哪一笔明细是来自于我的转账，而他们每天都能收到不同国家的很多人的转账。 3. 第四天晚上不知道为何酒店三楼和四楼地板上有大量的臭虫，密度大概是一平方米30个，实在是头皮发麻，被吓了一大跳，臭虫还爬到了椅子上，晒在外面的衣服上。 4....

「Pros: I like the room/cottage style; it's quiet; there's a swimming pool; there's a big garden for relaxing. Cons: The location is a bit away from the city center (quite difficult for public transportation); bad WiFi connection Suggestions for improvements: types of mosquito next use in the room (not the round one but the square one); lower the price of the transportation service.」

「Loved every minute of our stay in the Grand Tiki Room. Enough cannot be said about the excellent staff, beautiful view, and peaceful serenity. Two suggestions: Please replace that plant in the corner of the room with a functional chest of drawers - we had no place to put our things so pretty much lived out of the suitcase. Also, some hair conditioner in the bathroom would be nice」

「Our second visit after trying the other side of the island for a few days. Coming back here reminded us how relatively nice and big these rooms are in comparison to others in the same budget range. We rented a scooter and saw local sites. Had a lot of fun and found really nice pizza and steak dinners. Regarding our room, I’ll just say that it is big, clean and the AC works really well. My only criticism is the water pressure is very poor in room 21. On the bright side, low pressure does keep...
