Good location and clean room, need to go somewhere for breakfast as the hotel does not have facility for breakfast. The room size is not big, but decent.

Good price, comfortable hotel
Good hotel with reasonable price. There is an open kitchen in the room with coffee machine, toaster, microwave, pots, plates, cups and glasses except cutlery. Interesting. There is an underground parking that you will be charged at a fixed price, and you can park on the day you check in and on the day you have checked out too. This is great because the hotel is closer to the gondola than the free public carpark. And we are happy that our car can be parked underground.

We arrived specifically to use the hottub and pool. With no notice from Expedia or the Pinnacle Whistler, we arrived a d the hottub was out of order and rhe pool filter system was not working. Hotel staff said a part was ordered an should be fixed within 2 days. We were here specifically for a back rehabilitation issue. We initially booked for 4 nights through Expedia. After the third day when they said it will be fixed tomorrow. We asked to compensate for 1 extra day. They did not! The spa and pool issue was finally repaired at 6pm the evening before we were checking out. We will never stay at the Pinnacle resort anytime, anywhere ever again. This the 3rd time we have had issues with this site, but have not said anything, because things happen. NO MORE.

Negatives: Hot tub is not hot . Kids shivered and we had to leave. Let staff know but nothing was done. It was my main filter for places as I knew the weather was poor and didn't want to be stuck inside. Room was not ready at 4pm Check out is 10am!! Overall a good experience with a couple minor hiccups. Was looking forward to a soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking. Unfortunately found it to be closed for maintenance and this was not communicated at check in. The parking lot stalls were all very small, we had trouble finding a spot for small SUV

The hotel was ok. The hot tub was nice in the room but when we enter in the room there was a very strong smell of bleach that gave me headache for hours. The room looks quite old along with the furniture. It was so so. I will not come back.
