「Most of the charging ports and some of the electrical outlets did not work. Accessible room has a very heavy door. They also closed all the fire doors…extremely heavy… for fire inspection, without bothering to let patrons in accessible rooms know and providing a way to get assistance. This left me, as a wheelchair user, in a very dangerous position, and caused pain attempting to get through that fire door. Although I have stayed there multiple times, I will not again. 」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「This hotel has the potential to be amazing! This is due to the staff and the restaurant ONLY. I spent 5 days here and had issues with the plumbing all but 1 day. The hotel is in need of major renovations, as a matter of fact the renovations were taking place while we were there. Tyler is wonderful, kind and willing to make anything that goes wrong right immediately.
