「Generally easy process to check in - we arrived late and very helpful assistance was near immediate to help with unfamiliar digital process. Accommodation - glamping pods - and beach proximity were awesome! Caught out by no cutlery and cookware in main kitchen (have to extract for deposit fee - in our luckycase, no fee!-from front office when open), but then guess we arent frequent travellers so this new to us. Not all gas stove heads worked - would've been neat if bigger rings operated. Cooked...

「Room was very clean everything worked as it was designed to work. Beach front with a great beach. The lady working there was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They had spades to use at hot water beach and kayaks for the surf. 👍👍」

「房間大，清潔很好。但沒有空調是個大問題, 晚上不方便開啟窗戶通風，因在地上的房間窗戶開啟外面的人就很易進入，擔心保安問題。房間的窗戶不能有效通風。房間只有風扇，晚上會很熱。我發現由數年前開始已有很多評論反映沒有空調這個大問題，酒店都不大算改進，只推說紐西蘭空調不流行，實際上整個旅程只住了這一間酒店是沒有空調。而房間價格是十分昂貴」

「Perfect accommodation! Excellent friendly staff, great room, nice hot tub and pool, great room amenities and laundry available!」

「Beautiful view of beach just steps from patio (across the street). Kitchen very well stocked. Unit very spacious and in a great location to walk to shops, restaurants, wharf and ferry go day trips. Not sure if it was time of the year but unit felt damp all the time and slightly musty. Queen bed very comfortable but twin mattresses need replacing, soft and very saggy.」

「This is very close to The Lost Spring so we can just walk to the place and back. Just opposite to the Beach. Was not cold as there was not much rain in the weekend considering it was winter time. Very lucky. The lady looking after the motel was very willing to lend us another set of towel for us to use at the Lost Spring. Was very kind. Thank very much. Has a wonderful two nights there. Was not busy so there were plenty of parking. Will come back and stay there again one day.」

「Clean room, close to wharf, restaurants & bars. Could not use coffee provided in room as it seemed to have been expired which we could not use however great coffee shops in the vicinity. Hand basin in the bathroom is quite low & the vanity cupboard protrudes over it.... inconvenient especially for tall people. Room did not have air conditioning but great fans were provided. Basement parking is very safe but not suitable for a lowered car but can park on the street however it is not secure. 」
