Since having children, I've never been happier with a place to stay as we have here. Great value for money (we stayed in a two bedroom apartment), nice pool area, so close and easy walking to three supermarkets, local food spots, and shops. The rooms met the old-world charm expected of a hotel of its age. The food and staff were both fantastic & welcoming, with the added advantage of booking meals & drinks to my room. Recommended as the place to stay in Wanganui.
