「We recently had our second stay at this hotel and once again, it did not disappoint. It is truly an unbeatable hotel located in the heart of Mondsee and just a stone's throw away from the picturesque Lake Mondsee. What sets this hotel apart is its rich historical and cultural significance. Staying here, we felt like we were transported back to the Middle Ages, experiencing the grandeur and opulence of a royal palace or noble estate. Despite its historical significance, the hotel is also very...

「I expected a staffed boutique hotel, especially given its confusing layout. We arrived at 6:00 p.m. and found no staff present. The four pages of check-in instructions were entirely in German, and the entrance we were directed to use was not working. This made getting inside and locating our room unnecessarily difficult. 「Location is good, room is clean, service is great. No lake view from our room. No AC and it can get hot at night. Need self check in at night.」

「Very pretty and relax Hotel counter people is very helpful and nice」

「The hotel room was so small; my wife, baby, and I were in the room, and it was too small for us. The hotel charged us for the baby bed 45 euros per night, although it was confirmed by Expedia that the baby bed is free of charge, there was missunderstanding as they mixed between two reservations and we didn't get the right room for us, the Hotel rated 4 stars but there was no elevator and i have to carry or luggage to the first floor and go on stairs, there was no tooth brush, Sanitary kit,...

「Very impressed with the property, amenities and staff. Spacious clean rooms, nice spa area, and 5 min drive from the lake. My favourite was the peaceful inner yard area where we’d have breakfast and cocktail after dinner. Dinner menu offers meals with ingredients sourced from local farmers! Staff is very kind and attentive. Bed was a little stiff to my liking, but it’s a matter of taste.」

「Amazing view, great amenities, very comfortable, and perfect communication!」

「We liked our room, location (close to train station), and breakfast. Unfortunately no left luggage facility. We had to leave our bags in the hotel lobby.」

「湖景很漂亮。」

「Incredible views and clean rooms. Walking distance to town, the cable car and the ferry port.」

「Outstanding reception. Staff offered great help and great food」
