Check in was great. I was able to check in early. My lower rating is due to the bed being so lumpy, i couldn't sleep on it. I was there to sleep for a short time before a flight so unfortunately didnt have time to ask to change rooms but it was so bad, i couldnt imagine others would be too much better. ...

Aparthotel Adagio Basel City
Very friendly and helpful staff. Given the Nespresso machine in the room, I'd expect a couple of free capsules per day as in other places. Breakfast was a bit boring and repetitive in the 3 days i was there.

Clean room, great facilities. Excellent value for money and in a great location to explore the surrounding areas. Staff are friendly. We would stay again 100% The only downside was needing a kettle but not a deal-breaker. They do have a coffee maker but no coffee pods
