"So I’ve been to this property probably about 4 times and this visit was definitely different. Somewhat disappointed but first the complimentary breakfast was not the same. They had waffles, bread, some fruit, cereal and yogurt. Usually that would include freshly cooked eggs and sausage (mind you my stay was for 4 days). I had to go purchase breakfast outside the hotel. I was told to exchange my towels for new towels. The issue with that was she gave us back thin/rough small towels with stains on them including the big towels. The towels originally in the room were perfect, big, plush towels. I told her those were not the same towels we received in the room and she claimed that they ran out of the big towels. If you’re going to trade towels then it should be the same kind of towels. She pretty aggravated me because she didn’t even try to go above and beyond to accommodate something that she should already be aware of. There is mold in the showers and lighting in the room and bathroom was not enough. Other than that the price I paid for should have been maybe $75 or less because it’s like they cut a lot of extra amenities out and did budget cuts. The pool had debris in it so you wouldn’t feel comfortable getting in there. Unfortunately this will be our last time coming here. "

"I was a little annoyed that the bathtub was hardly draining so we were standing in water to take a shower. Also the shower curtain had some dirty stains on it which wasn’t giving very good vibes on the cleanliness. The staff was very friendly so I will give them that."

"Bar was great and Manny is awesome. Breakfast was delicious both days. Definelty recommend the omelet and breakfast skillet."

"The hotel was well maintained, clean room, clean, bathroom, and overall in fairly good shape. The AC in the room was a bit noisy rattled quite a bit, but just very minor. Only complaint was Neighbor in room next-door was very loud, with music bumping until 2 AM. At 2:30 doors were slamming, and it was quite annoying."

In that light, I write this about America’s inN The staff was incredible to me, especially since I’m disabled and needed help. The room was clean. The furniture was older, but it was well maintained. Sheets were clean. The floors were mopped, and Carmen. The housekeeper was wonderful to me.I have been in other hotels and motels where the furniture has been disgusting the Baymont in Kingwood, the super eight in Kingwood , the super eight in Houston on 58 these look better when you drive up, but the rooms, furniture, and the staff are disgustingly rude staff. America’s Inn place Met the basic needs with a beautiful staff that went beyond the extra mile."
