"Room was dirty…furniture was very worn and dirty. Coffeemaker was terrible. Staff at check in was not friendly at all or knowledgeable. Website says there’s a local gym that hotel guest can use she knew nothing about it and did not offer to find out the information for us.Carol in the restaurant bar was great! Very friendly and helpful. "

"We checked in easily, room was clean. But good lord, the pillows!! PLEASE! I beg you to get better pillows! Didn’t sleep well at all and had a 6am flight. Exhausting morning :( "

"Our overall stay was great. We had a problem with the toilet and when we tried to use the phone to call the front desk, the phone wasn't working. After my husband went to the front desk it only took 10 mins and both problems were resolved. The breakfast was very tasty and the coffee was very good. Back to the room, it was very spacious, there was a large island in the kitchen and the living room and bathroom were large size rooms. Once again the stay was great and we'll be back and searching for other Hyatt House hotels to visit on future trips."

"Check-in and check out was good. However, on my last day, it seems like housekeeping were in a rush to come clean our room because they came at 11am and knock on our door. So my partner and I felt rush a little bit to pack up and check out when check out is at 12pm."
