This is budget prices so I expected a budget room simples ! I turned up and was greeted by a cheerful manager who explained every to me. The management are currently working on improvements to the hotel and i think come spring its gonna be spot on. Cosy and warm throughout the whole hotel. Yes, the room could do with a bit of tlc but everything worked, great wi fi, and clean. Bed was comfortable too. I would stay here again when I return to Weston-super-Mare.

This property is not a 5 star hotel so ignore the bad reviews, it’s a budget b&b that has some free parking, amazing value for money, fantastic location on sea front, my young family enjoyed a day out at the beach and night out on the front, I could enjoy a drink or three and not worry about driving back to Bristol, room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable, slept well, what a find we will be back very soon.

Only stopped for 2 nights with my GF. Hotel is very much in need of a rejuvenation but u get what u pay for for. Had 2 great nights sleep. Good views from window. Very hot shower. Room needs electrical work as on 1 socket by door with extension lead plugged in going all way over door frame and along wall to plug TV in, also kettle had to be put on the floor to use this socket. Would go again for a brief stay but nothing longer

good stay and cheap price!

It was a good stay and clean. The only issue is that the door wouldn't lock correctly, and there was only 1 plug in the family room. The room could also do with a mini-fridge, but I liked the room and the lovely seaside view. The staff left us in peace, which was a nice change from other hotels.

Nice little hotel!

No food options, but was a room with microwave in you could heat some food in. Didnt bother me as we ate out anyway. Bed was very comfortable. We came back to the apartment at around 9pm. We watched a film on the tv (netflix already logged in), which was a very pleasent surprise. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. Was so nice to wake up to of a morning. Overall cleanliness wasnt the best but not that bad that we couldnt stay, we didnt take much notice. Only encountered one member of staff, the man who checked us in. He was lovely and helpful. We would stay again. Cheap ane cheerful.

When we first got there nobdy was around. I didn't like the shower beiin the bedroom .Tne bedroom and bathroom could of done with a lick of paint. The bed was comfortable and clean .
