Our stay was really nice. Beautiful, clean room. The breakfast at the barn in the morning was great. Helpful staff—I forgot my headphones in my room after checking out and they were kept safe for me till I was able to pick them up.

room wasn’t very clean, marks all over the walls. i questioned whether our room was even cleaned prior to our arrival. expect VERY limited staff/support. okay location if you plan to spend most time in westhampton beach area. VERY LOUD neighbors kept my bf + i awake throughout night

The staff were amazing and assisted very quickly. I arrived very late, and they were able to accommodate it. The room was amazing, the bed incredibly soft. Downtown was close by and easy to reach. Three Ducks provides little pamphlets with suggestions on things to do, and I found that very helpful for my quick trip.

Short family trip

Great stay slightly outside of Westhampton Beach town and shops. Short drive to the beach. Best amenity was the Pike Beach pass since that beach is much less crowded than other public beaches.

The room was very spacious and clean. Would like a coffee maker in the room. Also, would like someone to be available after 11 pm. Otherwise the bed is very comfortable, clean, and great location

Aesthetically beautiful, fell short of expectation

Tips to improve this hotel experience: Have bottled water in the rooms upon arrival Have a mini fridge in each room as there is no restaurant on property Get some noise installation between the rooms Make sure all staff knows how to use the coffee maker Refresh water in flower vases daily
