「The room was clean and nice. Having 4 kids with us it was upsetting that the ac in the living room didn’t work and the shower head was not functioning properly and had very low water pressure. There’s 2 tvs but only 1 remote was provided. Other than the few things we enjoyed our stay.」

「The hotel and rooms are really nice. There is just no service. No one by the pool the bar is closed. They need more staff and then it would be great. Also, music by the pool would be nice. There was no vibe and a little boring. I went on the weekend and it should have full staff.」
